All Real Nutrition, the Kerry-based brand celebrated for its natural protein bars, has revealed plans to create 50 new jobs over the next three years. This announcement follows a recent €2 million investment, supporting the brand's expansion efforts in both the Irish and U.S. markets.
Founded in Farranfore in 2017 by Niall Harty and Ross McDowell, All Real Nutrition has seen substantial growth. Already featured in SuperValu and Centra after success with the Musgrave Food Academy, the brand recently launched in Circle K and aims to be available in 2,000 stores across Ireland by the year's end.
With a strong focus on quality and community, All Real Nutrition is committed to boosting the local economy through job creation while advancing its international reach, particularly in the U.S. market.
Commenting on the expansion, Niall Harty, Co-founder of All Real Nutrition, expressed his excitement: “It’s a really exciting time for us here at All Real Nutrition. What began as a simple idea using ingredients from my kitchen cupboard has evolved over four years of perfecting our recipes. With this significant investment, we look forward to not only expanding our product range, but also expanding into new markets. We have dipped our toes in the U.S. market but this is something we really hope to build on over the coming months.”
All Real Nutrition offers a variety of flavors, including the popular ‘Chocolate Sea Salt,’ featuring sea salt harvested from the Beara peninsula in Co. Cork. The company is dedicated to producing high-quality protein bars with no artificial ingredients.

In line with its commitment to sustainability, All Real Nutrition donates a portion of its sales to Plastic Bank through its ‘All Real Impact’ initiative, helping to prevent ocean plastic pollution. As of December 2023, the company has prevented over 8 million plastic bottles from entering the ocean. Additionally, All Real bars are packaged in 100% plastic-free, compostable wrapping.
